Once you are on board and comfortable, we’ll embark on a journey to the Greek Island of Symi, celebrated as the pearl of the Greek islands, surrounded by the crystal-clear Mediterranean waters. Following a nourishing breakfast, our course turns southward towards the uniquely shaped harbor bay of Panormitis, a crescent gem whose charm becomes immediately apparent upon entry. Welcoming you is the 18th-century Venetian-style Monastery of the Archangel Michael Panormitis, patron saint of the island and guardian of sailors, accompanied by two museums, small shops, and cafes.
After an onboard lunch, we’ll navigate around Symi’s southern tip and then head north to the secluded Saint George Bay, accessible solely by boat. This enchanting bay features shallow and deep waters, creating a captivating two-tone effect. Embraced by a sheer cliff face, reminiscent of a precisely cut surface, the bay invites you to partake in swimming, snorkeling, and rocky beach exploration, followed by an alfresco dinner beneath the clear sky. Commencing the day with a relaxed ambiance, our journey sails towards the Dodecanese Island of Nimos, positioned at the northern tip of Symi, following a delightful breakfast. This uninhabited island boasts clear bays and warm waters, creating a perfect retreat for a day of leisure, swimming, and relaxation.
